The Scottish Equestrian Centre at Bowhouse is located in the beautiful Fife countryside, just north of Kirkcaldy.
In 2007 The Scottish Equestrian Centre started welcoming visitors to Fife for holidays with their horses. Fife is a beautiful county, and offers a fantastic range of equine opportunities and rides, as well as a myriad of different non equine things to see and do.
Working out of the Scottish Equestrian Centre, guests can enjoy a huge range of different hacks, through rolling countryside, forests and woodlands, and along some of Fife 's wonderful golden beaches.
Accommodation is provided in one of the cottages at Bowhouse, or in a local B & B or hotel if you would prefer, and the horses are stabled at the purpose built block at Cluny Mains Farm (for bio-security reasons).
Guests staying at Bowhouse get served breakfast at Cluny Mains Farm, (which is about a mile from Bowhouse, and linked by both a public road and a hacking track), and are then free to use any and all of the facilities at the Scottish Equestrian Centre.
Lessons are available as required, and each day's programme can be as structured, or unstructured, as you care to make them. We do, and lay on, exactly what you want.
Holidays start at £100 per person (with horse) per day.
